March Madness

March 12 at 3:30 pm

Get caught up in March Madness! We’re not just talking basketball here. In our last post called “Enough With P Envy” we talked about how we sometimes stand in our own way of having fun. Whether it’s stress and depressive feelings related to work, parenting, financial hardship, caregiving, issues with weight, aging, or a little bit of everything, guess what these life changing and challenging conditions aren’t going anywhere. It’s life, it’s happening. So, how does one balance life happening with wanting to have a life? Read More

Enough With The P Envy!

March 4 at 1:16 pm

I’ve had it, you’ve had it, everyone’s had it at some time or another. It’s got nothing to do with age. We can all catch it.
